I agree completely with Ms tyrion2's first paragraph. The facts of life!

I'm not a fan of tucking and 1/2 tucks look messy to me

Lately I'm a half tucker.

I'm also a non-tucker.  Never a whole tucker.

Ladies, here's Erin from Busbee Style.  She's good and understands quality.  I love her quiet concerned manner and she isn't "preachy".

Here she shows how to do a "half tuck" (although, the backside is covered).

I don't tuck, but I like the half-tuck on other people.

@suzyQ3

I no longer tuck but may do it again once I get my waist back even close to what it used to be.  Working on that millimeter by millimeter.

Anyway, I've noticed that the Sundance catalog shows a half tuck about every other page.  Those would be good examples for anyone looking for ideas.

I do like the longer top with a shorter piece on top. Again, it is a torso lengthening trick. I am not short and I have long legs, so the look works very well for me.

My favorite is a long tank or shirt with a more cropped denim jacket. I do wear this look only with skinny bottoms, though.

I don’t tuck tops. I have a pot belly so I would never feel comfortable with anything fitted around my waist.  That’s why I am a big fan of tunics or longer tops.

I do like the look on others. I just can’t pull it off.

I tuck sometimes.  I have a terrible time with pants fitting at the waist..tucking helps keep the pants up.
