Today I received my jean jacket from Issac.  Right in front was a STAIN!  I tried to clean it, but no luck.  How can quality control let something so obvious go through?  It would be different if it was on the back or side, but right in front?  It was some kind of a rust/orange stain.  Anyway, sent it back and hope to get a stain-free one in return as the jacket is really cute!

@Momkat.  I hope you understand that quality control is a random process.  There aren't enough people in West Chester to inspect every item that goes through their doors.  I'm sure you'll get a nice one the second time around.  A fluke is bound to happen from time to time.

I rec'd 2 of Isaac's jackets today - Jasmine tea and Bleached indigo. I put them in the washer and now they're drying. Soft, real denim, great style and colors. Great Buy!!!

@Kachina624   It may be random but I received 3 jackets in a period of less than 2 weeks a few years back.  I got a Pamela Dennis, a George Simton and Chloe Doe.  I could easily tell they were returns.  The Pamela Dennis was not just stained.  It was pure dirty and smelled of cigarettes and perfume.

Having any stain on the jacket is not acceptable. Should be in perfect condition. Glad u sent it back!!!! I'm wearing the Bleached Indigo right now -- so comfy and cute!!!!
