Ryka TSV - Anyone have from preorder? Comfort?

Does anyone have? Wondering how they feel with socks - all the models seem to be wearing barefoot, no way I would wear sneaks that way, my foot would be raw lol. I'm thinking of the taupe color. I wonder about these shoes for dealing with heel issues and foot pain - I've heard that toning shoes have been rec by docs to people to stretch the muscles. Any thoughts? TIA!
