That has never happened to me
I've had the wrong item many times over the years (never from QVC, though) from catalogues/mail order companies, and it's always something cheaper than the item I actually ordered. You'd think the law of averages would make it 50/50, but no, mine is always some cheap junk instead of what I asked for.

I was checking my account status and refunds and found that I ordered an item in june and I didn't remember getting it. So I check the tracking info and to see if it was delivered, and lo and behold it showed:

So it never made it to my door. I called CS and explained and she said "normally we don't refund over 30 days and this has been 45 soooooo" I explained I didn't realize it until just now and she stated "next time don't wait 45 days."
Thanks you soooooo much for refunding me something I didn't received. Guess I should be grateful.

They finally did but scolded me in case it happens again. I kept trying to explain I just found it out and called them immediately. It's not like a knew a month ago and didn't call. I felt like she knew I had to get the refund but she just wanted to give me a hard time.

Glad to hear you gor the refund and CS giving YOU a hard time for THEIR screw up is also outrageous!!! It's almost like all those people working there are jealous because we can buy this stuff and they can't so they take it out on us whenever they can.... and most likely they are not paid much.... This makes me not wanna shop at QVC....unfortunately, sometimes they have really good items I cannot find elsewhere...

It happened to me a couple of years ago. I ordered some cookware and received a set of Lock n Locks instead. At the time I was really mad, because the cookware was a Christmas present. Customer service was really nice when I called them about it. I returned the Lock n Locks and got the cookware eventually, which ended up being a late Christmas present.
