love the colors, but then I almost always like Lauren's fabrics

Nothing in the collection I personally could wear -  various reasons, but I know there's no reason for me to rush to buy.

Talbots are showing  neutrals in their fall fashions too. I like beige and black together

Some of it reminded me of what Bea Arthur would wear on The Golden Girls.

Oh dear.  Plaid - and metallic plaid at that; full skirts, blankety things in odd colors or colors I cannot wear, lots of fringe.  These are all major "yuk" items for me.

I usually like his things, especially when he mixes heavier weight brocades and jacquards in his fabulous vests, jackets, and skirts.  I wouldn't even look twice at this collection.

All is well, though.  I've done enough damage the past two weeks at the Peruvian Collection semi annual sale.
