I have never had a fitting either and I do fine. If you are willing to take some time and go to a store (Kohl's has a wonderful selection) you can make your selection. Try on a lot of different styles and brands. I finally bfund my go-to brand -- Warners. I can't wear underwires and they have super ones without. If you prefer wires, of course, they have those, too. These have smooth side and back panels and no tags to dig or scratch.
