Is Quacker Factory still represented by Angel? Haven’t seen a show in awhile.

QF is not on air nearly as much as it used to be.  I have said it before, I truly believe the line isn't as popular as it once was and the designs have become stale, IMO.

I also just saw her recently on Q1,  but it is clearly not one of the favored apparel brands now.

She has a regular one hour show on Q2:  live shows scheduled for 7/24, 7/31, 8/7, 8/14 and 8/21 in the afternoon.

QF was different and quirky when it first showed up a few decades ago.  Even the button covers on the first shirt Jeanne Bice sold were unique and something that had never seen before.  Her designs were definitely "out there" at times, but that's what made them appealing to people.  They kind of screamed, "be yourself" and Jeanne wanted women everywhere to be able to wear what they wanted when they wanted.  Her Dream Jeannes were an answer to women who didn't fit into traditional jeans (very little spandex back then), so she created a material that filled a need.  Times and people change and those of a new generation are not interested in the same type of clothing.  Demand is everything at the Q and QF doesn't have that large a demand anymore.  The line has toned down from its original days, but now it's much like anything else you can find.

@Jaspersmom.  I disagree that the line has "toned down".  Every single top is still bejeweled with large gaudy rhinestones that cannot be removed.  Who wears that stuff?  I'd be embarrassed.  I don't ever even watch the shows anymore.   Too bad they can't adapt to the times.

Wow.  I like a lot of their clothes - cute/fun stuff for different holidays and seasons  A lot of it is beautiful embroidery - not all "bejeweled." And actually what is bejeweled isn't gaudy at all - it's pretty tastefully done.

They are what they are - they don't need to adapt to anything or anyone - just continue to be them.

Always liked Angel and had some Quacker long ago.  But once the founder was gone, the line lost its way 💧

Jeanne Bice was a fun unique lady, the brand wasn't quite the same after her passing unfortunately Smiley Sad
