QVC2 special jacket?

I only caught a glimpse of the promo for the QVC2 special item.

 

It looked like a cute jacket with dots.  I didn't catch the brand (Isaac?) or anything else about it.  I searched for "jacket dots" and more but it didn't come up.  I remember it seemed to have a shirttail hem, at least in the back.

 

Does anyone know what it is?

It is Tuesday/Wednesday's Big Deal. It is Isaac's. It will formally be available starting tomorrow (3-13) at 9pm EST

I bought his dark navy blue small polka dot 'ankle' pants. Bought in the 28 in length and fit great as a slack. Wore them on my vacation over the weekend

and love them.
