Here's a picture from today's lunchtime specials ... one of my (many) pet peeves: the wrong side of the fabric showing when wearing the garment.

Inappropriate fabric for this style of top!

Don't see what you're referring to.  Isn't it a split design - style?

I think she’s referring to seeing the underside of The patterned side.

Speaking just for myself, I like seeing that.

That way I know how the underside is finished (or not) and if I would be interested in buying based on that.

This garment would be a 'no' for me.

@fthunt

At the bottom, on the left side you can see the unprinted "wrong" side of the fabric.  Looks really tacky.  Two solutions:

  • Don't use that prints like that when you have a high/low hemline.
  • Print the design on either a solid that picks up one of the colors of the print, or alternatively in this case  - print on a black fabric.

I can't stand it when they DON'T show the inside of a garment!!! Especially in jackets. Drives me crazy when they don't show if the jacket is lined or not. Woman Frustrated

@ID2

I don't  mind them showing the inside of the garment when they are sellng it. I wish they would show the inside on everything they sold!

BUT I certaily don't everyone facing to see the inside when I'm wearing it.

I think that happens a lot with hi-lo hemlines, especially on some dresses where you can see the wrong-side of the fabric when you see someone wearing one from the front looking at them. Like this one:

The issue you are referring to happens when the design is stamped on one side inside of woven in.
