@skatting44   Colombian singer Karol G was given an award for philanthropic work. I think Paris had gotten involved ($), the two became friends and Paris was asked to present the award. Otherwise there was no reason for her to attend this show.

Perhaps there is video online of Paris leaning back while describing Karol G's good works.

I don't like this dress. If the cut outs weren't there, I still wouldn't like it. I don't think the gathering of material at the waist in the front is flattering. I don't care for the color or those big bracelets either. JMO

I like her shoes, clutch, hair, and makeup.

I think she looks good in the dress.  Much better than the naked dresses.  I am kind of sick of them.  What's the point?

I like the color, but the cutouts make the dress strange with the sideboob- I think she should just do a plunging v neckline without the cutouts or a sweetheart strapless neckline because the rectangle cutouts make her look too boxy.  She's a pretty girl, but she's a little too stiff in the face from botox and fillers.
