I am still wearing several times a month Liz Claibourne items I bought from Dillards back in the ealy '80's.  I have always wash in cold and line dry all my wearing clothes including jeans and sweats to keep the dryer from beating the crude out of them.  Love ironing so no problem there.  I always love it when stranger compliments me on a shirt I am wearing and it is well over 40 years old!!

Yes my friend, what an idiot!! They don't.  I think someone came back and did the puzzle but maybe a few missing parts for some puzzles and bingo.  All bad!  Woman LOL (2 big bags)

So once again put a sledge hammer to the whole gesture.  I packed mine very carefully.  (sometimes there is a piece missing or two even on new from the manufacturer (I usually replace them easily through Amazon who give me a whole new box with no problem by telling them what happened. Easy, I would have trashed those.

Mine were all 1,000 or 500 pieces intact. So much for being a good caring  citizen.....haha.Woman LOL. I give up.

I have taken puzzles to assisted-living type places and they've been pleased.

@April of NY   I usually spend a lot on my clothing, but don't purchase a lot each season. I add one or two pieces. I guess you could say I have a capsule wardrobbe especially since we moved and I have a smaller closet.

I have never been influenced by trends. I dress fairly simply, tailored and add jewelry, etc. The newer clothing options usually don't tempt me. What I have accumulated seems much more wearable and valuable to me.

I haven't worn jeans in a couple of years.  I don' find them comfortable any more and they are so bulky to wash and store.

Now I am more into knitted pants, and LL Bean pants and clothes.  I also love gauze dressed for hot summer at home.  And I spend money on pj's and gowns pima cotton from Company Store--which I an crazy about!

I gave a mountain of old Talbots pants and tops away over the last 3 years.  Old vacation and casual work day clothes!
