in all the years that i've been shopping with the Q, i can only remember once or maybe twice at the most that i have had to return something.

I'm always curious about this. If someone is already on a computer to come here and complain, wouldn't it be worthwhile instead to send a polite email and ask the QVC Social Team to resolve the issue? I always email them directly and they get back to me very quickly, often within minutes. They are always responsive.

For the past year, I order 100% on Easy Pays. That way, QVC's abismal shipping delays do not tie up my money. I also don't order anything I need immediately, or anything I'm "iffy" about. I cannot imagine having to return 11 items.
Once I get the item I go into the system and immediately pay it all off to get rid of future EPs.

I know the QVC Social team folks are absolutely awesome. But I can't imagine being called upon to unscramble the details on an 11-item return....unless it was 11 of the same item!

That is a lot of returns for any company! I only returned 1 item this past year. Probably 5 in all the years I've been watching. My last returned was cleared promptly. No trouble at all.

Why is this complaint in the Fashion thread?
Nobody from QVC will answer, just regular QVC shoppers who are amazed at all your fruitless shopping!
Maybe your items have to quarantine for two weeks to make sure they are healthy!!

What surprised me is when I used the Q's return mail label. It took 13 days to get back to the Q. That is totally ridiculous. Good thing I have the track numbers.

I rarely return items to the Q. However, recently I did return something. I'm not in a rush to get a refund at all. Whenever it gets there is fine with me. I understand things are taking longer these days and I'll get a credit eventually.

What is wrong with returning 11 items to a company that encourages customers to buy with confidence, because you can just return it if you don't like it?
