I took the trouble to return 11 items by UPS two weeks ago and I know QVC received it because of the tracking #. Not only haven't I received a refund for any of them, but, I've waited on hold for hours now on several occasions to reach CS and I haven't been able to get anyone!!!!  This is completely outrageous to me and totally unacceptable. Maybe QVC should put as much effort into responding to their customers as they do in exploiting Christmas!!!!!!!!! And don't tell me this thread should be in Customer Care bc I've already tried that with zero results. DISGUSTUNG!!!!!!!

Don't you just love the majority of posts here @Secretariat1? Instead of allowing you to vent you got scolded for returning items to a company that encourages people to buy and return.

@Pepper52    It is very fortunate you were able to find this thread within five minutes of it posting on the incorrect forum; particularly when you are having the exact same issue with a large return!

@manny2 I find there's a lot of judgement on these threads. Don't post on here unless you have a very thick skin.

You're OUTRAGED!!!!  QVC is OUTRAGED!!!!  I'm OUTRAGED!!!! just because I read this.  Well, hopefully the rest of MY day will improve.......  Seriously, QVC is obviously not where you should be shopping.  I'm positive they won't miss you either.  LOL.

OUTRAGED, what, Hmm the line I took the trouble is troubling me, what else would you do keep the items you do not want, but wow 11 items, how much do you buy or how long do you keep your returns

Stop being afraid of what could go wrong and start being positive what could go right.

I would think that after 5 weeks it's time to stop harassing the OP. Why does anyone care about her "shopping habits" anyway. Waiting on hold for hours and not receiving credit for 2 weeks or longer is in no way good customer service, regardless if it's one item or 50 items.
