Why wouldn't they "correct their error"? I would not shop somewhere that did not correct their errors. Seems like a mountain/molehill topic. Oh well, glad you're happy with the outcome.

 Since it was just my word, she could have let it go.  My account did show two of the same item deliverd, and just one credited back.
