I ordered a pair of shoes directly from Franco Sarto

Since I have one pair of pumps that are a darker taupe suede, I thought it might be a good idea to get a lighter color for spring summer.

Retailers are offering this style at the $100 range (Nordstrom Rack did have it lower).  I went straight to the source, Franco Sarto, who had these on sale for $49.99.  I signed up for emails and got 15% off the first order.  These are leather and with state tax (shipping was free) these babies are heading my way for $45.

My guess is the people who are hosting willl not make the baby stay in a hotel during the party...LOL

bedroom suite (white scaled-down from our guest room) 

car

these will be going on March 31st.

It should feel bad to be only keeping this much...but it doesn't; it feels good!

I'm thinking my closet contents may account for more space on the moving truck than anything else! 😂
