So, I tune into Courtney's new show. She is showing a pair of NYDJ jeans. Does colors 2 times, babbles about colors, shows size chart AND NEVER MENTIONS THE INSEAM IS 32"!
WHY QVC?

Now she is wearing a flat shoe & she looks like I did when I ordered a NYDJ TSV that was supposed to be a petite length except it wasn't marked petite & the inseam was 32". They charged me for return shipping even though my order said petite & they weren't!

Because for some reason qvc and the hosts think we would rather be entertained than actually  giving the information to us on the product we are buying. I guess all the returns are not a clue.

On ShopLC yesterday the host measured some joggers from the crotch to the waist and then turned to the camera and announced that the inseam was 14 inches.

No correction.

flipped the channel and saw presentation of that yellow & white diamond ring . Waited to see if they showed the under gallery of the ring which Courtney did for a  quick second.  For all that bragging Michele L does  as a brand ambassador abt  the  Affinity diamonds and quality of the pieces she  just quickly puts on the ring and does not show us the undergallery  on a ring they are selling for $1,639 .

Found you have to really check  any and all brands of pants they are selling since alot are now > 31 for Regular. I don't care for the frayed hem - would have to hem

The hosts really should really help their viewers with information about the items. Not hard to give lengths on pants or tops, is it?  I guess it is...cause they rarely rarely rarely do. Same old complaints with no action. 

Customers are like teeth...ignore them and they'll go away.

This is one of my biggest gripes QVC is not the only place that trying to find the inseam length is like pulling hens teeth.  Other clothing retailers on line are extremely bad about not stating in the inseam.  

On Amazon, I wrote to a company asking what their inseam length was and I got some weird description of the size of some odd piece of something???  I think it was a foreign make that did not understand what the inseam is.

I  think the Q has discovered informing any inseams cuts down on sales. For instance, they will say it comes in three sizes, but will not say what the inseam is. If they say Petite is 30" inseam, most petites will not purchase. If they just say Petite will purchase. Most aren't going to their computer.

You do know if you rec'd a wrong item you should Not pay the return shipping fee, don't you?

Email the mods w/ your order info and problem, and they will get that error credited.
