It was not unusual for me to buy something I loved in more than one color.

Since I've adopted black as my color of choice, I do not do it much anymore.

@lulu2 You can never go wrong with black (as seen in my outfit of the day today🙂)!

@KathyPet

<"I would think,it a bit strange and think that the wearer has very little imagination.  Does anyone else find this a bit strange?">

 No , I do not find it strange.It could be expensive of course.

 I would purchase a duplicate if I really liked an item . It would be a sign of having imagination= one imagining that one would wear out and then not being able to find another.

@islandgrrl, I so agree . (that is if it is in the budget Smiley Happy ) Shoes have not been mentioned , but there is a certain Easy Spirit mule that I would have in every color made if I had the $$s and room in the  closet !

If I find a top I like and it's available in multiple colors I'll buy them. I love my Nygard sharkbite hem tops in a size large and own a lot of them because they fit me well.

I also own multiples of the same style Levi's 512 skinny and legging jeans because they fit me well. I will also buy multiples and turn some of them into capri jeans.
