I believe the man in the picture is Charles Bush. He's a photographer and a long time friend of Jaclyn's. 

There's a picture of him on her Instagram from two years ago. She was wishing him a happy birthday . . .

realjaclynsmith  Happy birthday to my favorite photographer who photographed me more than anyone. I started my career with him from #CharliesAngels to @maxfactor . . . @kmart and whatever movie I was filming at the time. He was always there for me…generous, kind and funny! A true gentleman. I love you, beautiful friend!

His bride was half naked and his mother looked like Big Bird in green so he could not go wrong regardless of what he wore.  It definitely didn't come across as a classy wedding to me.

I have no problem with what anyone was wearing.  I don't see any issues.  

It appears the weather was nice and everyone was enjoying themselves.  I wish a long and happy marriage for the couple.

Since we are in the fashion forum I will say I don't care for Jacklyn Smith's dress or the bride's dress.

I hope they all had a wonderful day, but I don't care for the fashion choices of either woman.

I think Jaclyn Smith looks beautiful as always. She is very elegant. At first I thought she was a bit overdressed, but then again I thought she look so pretty and probably better to be a bit overdressed than under in this situation, especailyl being the Mother of the Groom.

Kate looks way too casual for a wedding of any type...It kindof reminds me of my Uncle's 2nd wedding where one of his friends showed up in shorts and a t shirt and flip flops....It was unbelievable...

The bride is very pretty-did not care for her dress at all. Too revealing!!! Is the man Jaclyn's husband?
