Isn't the term 'polysyllabic'?
I thought Isaac was teasing in a good natured and familiar way. It was hard to tell if Albany was trying to play along or if she was a little miffed.

Isaac even said something like she will never let him forget this or something to that effect and she still wouldnt stop the " fair- isle " needling. The next cue was that Isaac wasnt laughing.Isn't the term 'polysyllabic'?

She's not a favorite of mine either and I tend to skip her shows, but it's the dreary product mix, along with several of the host's antics that's led to me hardly watching anymore.

I think Albany is really cute. I also don't think she's a "bad" host. It's just the way she talks to the viewers-it must just be the way she speaks in general. I have said this before, and I'll say it again…she speaks to the viewers as if we are children in a kindergarten class. I don't think she's necessarily talking "down" to the viewers, but it's her style of presentation.
I actually prefer her to Shawn as at least she gives some product information.
I find Kerstin to be the one who is not fully prepared for shows. I've noticed on a few shows that she doesn't even know the details of the product or gives erroneous information and then is corrected.

Then Shawn prattles on and on about insignificant information that does nothing to interest the customer. Then all of a sudden it's all about Shawn and Joe. Enough already. This is the Isaac show and personally I buy because of Isaac's descriptions. Shawn clutters the program. I'd rather shop Isaac designs on line so I can think about the product. I cannot watch that dumb duo together. So Isaac continue to describe your products and stay away from Shawn.
I totally agree!

And OMG Albany wanted to know if anyone could spell Fair Isle? Is she serious?

I thought is was a little rude but I loved it! She did ask for it!

I do think the exchange was all in good fun, but I also think Albany was trying to one-up Isaac in the snarky department and it wasn't working. It started to become a bit tedious on her part after she threw in the term "Fair Isle" during the rest of the presentation one too many times.

I totally agree. Shawn plays dumb on that show. She pretends she doesn't know some of the terms pertaining to fashion, garments. For example, placket, facing, etc. We all know she knows these terms and is just dumbing down! I wish she would stop it. I really like watching the show with Issac but she needs to at least act intelligent some of the time.
