I look best in jewel tones and last year bought a lot of malachite, deep mallard blue (really teal) etc. I look good in Hunter because I look good in any green and navy blue is better than black. I can't wear any beige, ivory, wine, etc. Linea has too many choices for my pocketbook. Check out the colors on the wk turtlenecks.

I also wear brighter colors than the people around me; I used to do a red wash.

Just as a p.s. I had an Eileen Fisher silk pant suit in a beautiful teal green - not as dark as Hunter - I loved this and wore it to several meetings and conferences when I worked always with the same result. My Boss would say You don't look very well today go home early. This from a man who had us working on projects 7 days a week and if you happened to say - cannot work this Sat. I have plans - he would reply o.k. Don't bother to come back next week you're out of here - so my suit was good if I wanted half a day off! I did love that suit though.

I'm another who prefers the brighter, clearer jewel tones - malachite and ruby are my all-time favorite Linea colors. I don't do as well with neutrals (for the most part) - I just feel better wearing color.

I like and wear a lot of the darker Linea colors (claret, walnut, navy, hunter green, black) and the Linea blues (mallard blue, sapphire, lapis), but I ordered a nutmeg tank to try out the color. My goodness, it warms my skin tone and makes me look beautiful & robust! It's funny because similar Linea colors like caramel, tobacco and topaz didn't look good on me. Hope nutmeg works as well for you, dulwich!
