Does anyone else wonder why Lands End calls for such exclusivity, high prices and coupon exclusions?

@Little On

I'd say it's the exact opposite.

If you consider Lands End "exclusive" and "high priced" I have to wonder where DO you shop?  I constantly get emails from LE with sale prices and "free shipping, no minimum."  In the last two weeks I've been getting them every two or three days, it seems.  A few days ago I ordered two long sleeved cotton mock turtleneck tops for a total of $10.67, including tax and of course, free shipping.  That's neither exclusive nor high priced.

I just got 2 great offers and placed orders from each. The first was 60% off the entire website and free shipping. The second was 70% off robes, pajamas and slippers. I got some unbelievable deals both times. Each coupon was good for only one day.

Maybe everyone does not have the same code? I used the code posted on the website and placed 2 mocknecks in my cart, one in pink and one in black Retail is $42.95 each and with discount of $21.48 shipping of $9.00. est total is $73.42

Instead of relying on the code on the website, you need to register for their emails.  I've been ordering from them for so many years that I'm on the list, but any retailer is happy to add a customer to their email list.  And those emails are what really save you some money. They often combine a large % off with free shipping no minimum.

People that "do their resaerch" do not wonder why Lands' End has such good deals, discounts and quality.  They have been a great company for years.  You should do your own due diligence before critizing them.

@shoesnbags says exactly what may be the problem.  Request emails and you will get coupon codes that btw are automatically inserted when you click on their sale link when it takes you directly to their site.

You can't use day old emails, some of their sales are 24 hours or less.

Thank you @shoesnbags  and @rockygems123  I signed up for emails so maybe I will receive codes for lower prices and free shipping.

Price is relative, I don't think their prices are high.  When you buy from them, you get pretty good discounts.

I have noticed that their sales change like mid day if that helps anyone. It's best to check every day for the best sales. They can be quick.

I bought 3 pairs of cute jeans over the summer that were each 80.00 retail for which I paid 20.00 each and free shipping. I love their talls.
