I am 5'3", and between a 16 & 18. I was concerned that it would be too much fabric and would not look good. I was delightfully surprised. Maybe because I am hourglass - leaning toward a slight pear shape, the fitted top and the full bottom accentuate my top and give me a nice waist and then drape over my hips.

As for sizing - I have 4 tops all in a large. This is consistent with my qvc sizing, as most of my D&C items are a large, as are most of my tops (t-'s etc) from any line.

Most of the dresses (Liz & Isaac) I have purchased are an XL because I prefer the garment to follow the lines of the body, not graze or hug it.

I do find that QVC's sizes are more generous overall, compared with Carsons and Lands End - probably the other two retailers I most frequently purchase from and usually buy an XL. Although recently I purchased a cocktail dress that was fitted thru the waist and has a full skirt from Carson's in a 16. I think if the skirt had been more fitted, I would have needed to go up a size.

The tops are price-y, but sometimes you don't want another plain shirt. And it's nice style-wise to change it up a bit as well.

My favorite fabric is the slub knit. I hope she offers more in that fabric.

I agree the fabrics are lightweight, probably because she intends people to wear 2 or 3 of them. I will be wearing them one at a time, in the summer.

Sizing all off. I got the one you are speaking of in small. Got two, one is larger then the other. Fraying in the chiffon flowers. She is hit or miss. Love the vest. Got two in small and the sweater in med. Have sent back five. Makes hips look bigger, but love vests.
