Aren't jeans year round attire for most people? I don't know anyone that thinks of them as summer only. 

I have a dress I wear with over the knee socks and closed toe shoes or tall boots in winter and sandals in summer. Admittedly that doesn't work with all dresses.

I dress according to the weather, I wear white before Memorial Day and after Labor Day. I don't have kids so the school calendar is meaningless to me. Summer to me continues long after Labor Day, and I want to hold on to it for as long as I can.

I will wear my summer clothes and sandals for as long as I can, don't care what anyone thinks. This week I wore a sleeveless maxi with a white denim jacket over it. The building I was in is always like a meat locker. It was about 75 outside and the sun is still very strong.

I don't think that claim is near as ridiculous as Gili Jill with the expensive bag trick! "You could be wearing a sweatshirt and sweatpants and all you have to do is throw on an expensive bag!" You just look like somebody that's saying 'I don't have to dress nice cuz look what I can afford '! LOL

I added a jacket just yesterday! From Soft Surroundings....the Paloma Jacket. I love that vintage tapestry look. My Autumn/Fall jacket.

I just added an IC oversized striped jacket to my Dillard's charge.  Does that count?
