I just received this today. It is listed as velour, but I am sure it velvet. velour is a thicker fabric. This is sheer and velour is a beefy fabric

I like that it is velvet. I got it ,to wear with some velvet things, I already own. It fits true to size and is very classic. The neck has a zipper and it isn't tight, nor is it sloppy fitting

It's a wardrobe basic that will give you years of service

@Andreatoo  I don't know how to post a picture ,I'm on a Mac. I could do it on my old computer but it was a differnt brand. My son will have to show me when he next comes home

That item number is for a knit turtleneck, not a velour one. Maybe you posted the wrong number...??
