Thanks @MaggieMack.  I ordered the black and white in the XXS. That was the only color they had in that size, but that and the pink were the ones I was thinking about anyway.  I thought the black and white would look good with white jeans.  If it fits I think I'll love it.  If I measured my shirt at home correctly, it should fit.

 

Maybe it wasn't a return.  Maybe it was just in someone's cart yesterday when I was looking.

My tunic arrived today.  It's really cute and fits well.  I do think it's ridiculous that I had to go down two sizes from my normal size because it's a QVC clothing item.  I'm very happy with it though.
