Can someone explain to me why they are offering a shoe with three colors and almost all sizes available but when I choose my size and color (and I've tried all three colors), the box says "in stock" but when I add it to my cart it says "this item sold out." ???

I just had the same problem with a Joan Rivers item...looked like it was in stock...said it was in stock...but once i tried to put it in my cart...said sold out....did it several times and finally gave up...

 

However it has happened to me many times in the past...I think their computer can't keep up...or gets mixed up...all i know is that its aggravating....
