@bargainsgirl It sure doesn’t seem like Isaac’s usual style, does it? I’m pretty sure other people are designing for him now...following trends instead of doing “Isaac”.

I haven't jumped on the bell sleeve trend and ready for something new. But, it's not just Isaac, it's almost all vendors on the Q. Kim Gravel, Susan Graver and now Brooke Shields are all promoting bell sleeves and lace.

Regarding bateau necklines, I think they flatter me more than other styles, as long as it's not too exaggerated.

@MandyG06 Just, this morning I was thinking that all the designers are copying after one another....bell sleeves, lace.

It all looks alike except for the designer tag and price.

I wish a designer would go out on a limb and design differently to meet in the middle of current styles, without the bell sleeves and lace.

I miss the old Diaslogue (just to mention one of several) and some of the former brands that are either under different designer names and designs or have been completely discontinued.

If I wanted the same thing everyone is wearing I'd go to Dillards, etc.

I absolutely agree!! Every line of clothing on the Q is following the same style trends. Am thinking that the Q is pushing the designers to follow the current popular styles.
But like someone said, how many tops with bell sleeves or lace does a person need or want???

I was debating whether to write this or not, but there's a former QVC host who has her own small company and sells things that you cannot find elsewhere. The price is a bit high, but if I want something unique, cool and fun, I'm shopping there first.

She isn't designing that stuff so my guess is there is a version available somewhere. Personally I've not been impressed with most of the clothing choices I've seen including a velvet jacket with tassels and the "dresses" that really should only be worn as tunics.

That Isaac top from last night was pretty dreadful but I loved his lace top TSV.

I like lace and I like bell sleeves. That being said, I have three different looking laces with three different looking bell sleeves and..........that is going to be it! I am not going to have 15 of the same looking top in my wardrobe. So, until something fresh and unusual comes out, my buying will be stopped. The comment about all of the designers jumping on the same bandwagon hit the nail on top of the head!
