Re: I wonder where the click here sizes have gone.

Here was my email to CS:

A261389 Where are the "click here" measurements? Not seeing these
measurements on several items anymore. Can't order anything that doesn't
list individual measurements. The hosts don't give measurements anymore
either. Anything that doesn't have the measurement guide I won't even
consider. The new S&H policy prevents that as it makes it too expensive to
"try on" an item you don't know. Thank you. Have a nice day.

Got the standard answer:

Thank you for emailing QVC.

Since customer satisfaction is our top priority here at QVC, we always
appreciate any suggestions or comments from our customers. I have
forwarded your suggestion to the appropriate department.

It has been a pleasure assisting you. Thank you for shopping with QVC!

Well, I did tell them the problem with this, anyway.

Re: I wonder where the click here sizes have gone.

This should be the #1 thread for all QVC customers who buy clothing items.

I wonder what clothing vendors will think of all of these changes? I am sure it will cut into their revenue moving forward.

The QVC communication (how it was done, what was said, what was not said) was terrible with this S&H policy change.

I talked to somebody in CS. I told her many new items are missing the "click here" sizes. She didn't believe me. LOL

I gave her an item number and she looked at it. She then said to hit the "sizing" tab and that's where the measurements are. I said those are not garment measurements. She was sort of arguing with me that those are good enough.

I got the standard "we will pass your comments along to the appropriate department."

Okie dokie...

I don't see the problem. I looked online at several brands (Issac, Liz Claiborne, Quacker etc) of tops this morning before I saw this topic on the forum and found the sizing chart for every one by doing exactly what she said. There is a sizing tab that is easy to find and it included how to measure and the full sizing chart.

We don't need the size chart, it's the CLICK HERE measurements that are important. They give the ACTUAL garment measurements.

I don't need the chart. I know my body measurements.

We're talking about the garment measurements.

It seems that QVC brass keep coming up with ways to anger and frustrate customers.

I misunderstood the original post so I just looked (again) at several of the tops that I checked out earlier this morning and all of them had the following:

"For more detailed Fit and Sizing information, please refer to the Sizing tab above. To see the specific garment measurements for this item, click here."

It was on the detail section about the garment. A couple of the tops that I looked at were new ones. I certainly don't doubt the OP or others, but since the info was there for the 10 tops I looked at, including some new ones, it would seem that QVC is not changing their policy about including this info but likely has a delay in getting all the info added for some new items.

A261960 was one of the new ones that I looked at that had the info.

Re: I wonder where the click here sizes have gone.

I sent an e-mail and did the feedback button. Got a response telling me they were sorry about it but that doesn't really address the problem.

The items I checked this morning do not have click here measurements. I don't know if there is a delay in putting those up or if they are eliminating them.
