So far they haven't added any garment size charts to the new items I looked at earlier today.

No size chart means no sale for me. I have to go by the garment measurements even though sometimes these are off, so you take them with a grain of salt. At least you can ballpark it and figure should you go up or down a size.

I agree. If they don't provide clothing sizing charts then I'm not going to take a chance on a purchase. I have been a customer for a couple of decades and I've made a lot of fashion purchases because of the charts.

Not providing the measurements online will be a deal-breaker for me. No more ordering from QVC!

They have a garment sizing chart posted on the regular item page in the TSV. That's a good sign, I am glad to see it!

Now let's see if they go back and add size charts for all the new items that are still currently missing them.

Yes....i passed on a fashion the other day because of no measurements....you really need to see the measurements especially if you are a ""in between"" size.......if the measurements aren't there....like you stated....i won't consider...

Also......a ""general Measurement chart"" to me is not acceptable as a measuring to go by...because so many of the items are measuring differently.....and not within the standard measurements table provided.

I don't think the general measurement charts are helpful either. It is a generic "here is what size you should be" chart. ${#emotions_dlg.bored}$

I was confused the other day, as to why the new Lisa Rinna jacket had no click here size chart and someone on that thread (I'm trying to remember) said that to get the chest measurement you had to call customer service for it, or that they had called customer service and got it. I don't remember now but that is the first new clothing item I noticed, that didn't have the usual size chart guideline. I thought it was just a mistake but now I am thinking it was intentional, because all the other new clothing items I've looked at, don't have a click here chart either.

I called CS asking where the click here measurements were for the L.Rinna Jacket, she wanted to give me the numbers and I declined, it would take to much time trying to figure it out. She did say she did not know why the measurements were not listed and would send the message to the proper department! No measurements, no purchase. QVC is digging themselves a big hole......

I called CS the other day to get specific garment measurements on something (again, no "click here" available). The rep was clueless. Like you, she proceeded to give me the measurements from the sizing tab. I tried to explain that each garment has specific measurements, and she had no idea what I was talking about. Pretty soon, she got mad, and said "we don't have them" (instead of asking someone who may know -- she was obviously "new"). I called several hours later, when I got home from work, and the rep gave me the garment measurements in a matter of seconds. Annoying.

${#emotions_dlg.bored}$ I hate it when you get a newbie. They are clueless and aren't helpful at all! That is good you finally got the measurements though, at least they have them in the system. Now they just need to post them on the item pages!
