Have tried many search engines and can't find these. They look like Ugg pull on boots but have 2 thin strips of black &white around the shaft. Kind of Rick rack look. Below the knee boot and not shiny leather. TIA

Lola, a woman at dr's office had them on. She also wore a full length fur coat and fur hat, black pants tucked into boots and cream colored sweater with gold threads. Loved the boots.

If they look like UGGS, are they suede? And are they a brown color?

I saw these from Keen, too. I don't know if they ever came in black. They appear to be an older style.

It could also be that your lady was wearing UGGS that someone customized with ribbon or rick rack trim.

I'm sorry you haven't been able to find them.
