....on the set in the closet appears to be a white dress with a jacket over it ...... can anyone identify what I am seeing...looks cute and interesting......

 

I tried to search "new" but with no luck.  Thanks in advance....

@soozer the white dress with the blue jacket, ruffly skirt and self tie?  It is very hard to see.  My best guess is A352429 Vince Camuto Short-Sleeve Asymmetric Hem Belted Dress:
