It's a cute top for sure; however, If you enlarge the photo you can see multiple seams down the sleeve. They look uncomfortable to me.

@Caaareful Shopper This looks like old Indigo Moon or Quacker Factory to me!  I had a shirt a lot like this one from QVC.
