Last night I was watching Fashions Night In with Shawn. Here's what I did like, and appreciate; the information on the total look. They had all the item numbers listed, what the item was, and the price on the left-hand side of the screen. This way you don't have to search, call Customer Service, or wonder what the other pieces the model was wearing. I say bravo to that! They may even sell more. This way, I can see if I want other pieces, and it makes it easier to shop for the total look. I was happy to see that.

I did not watch but that is a good idea.  I have a  pair of pants from QVC and never did find a suitable top to pair the pants with...I even messaged the vendor on FACEBOOK, she was not any help.  The color was navy blue/not a standard nay,  and there were no suitable items available.

They could make more sales if they would show coordinating items to go with a purchase.

@Effie54

 yes, I have only seen this  twice before  where  all the item numbers were posted on the screen for us viewers  of a total look one of the models was wearing.

Would like to see more of this along with item numbers of items the Hosts wear .

I saw this done on air once and it saved me so much time. It's a good idea.

The Models' Closet was supposed to be for that.  Just put the words in the search bar.  I just peeked and they had mostly jewelry.  It worked well at first, and then that stopped.  I am guessing it is just stuff they want to move out.  I have seen models styled with items that are no longer in stock.  I know because I have recognized some of them and wanted them, and missed out.  There is a particular Logo pant I am hoping QVC brings it back.  There is also a Host Closets.  More things there.  Don't know if they match anything worn on air.

I have seen this several times lately.  For me, it does nothing because I seldom buy fashion unless they are a good deal, free s&h, .....So if you buy the total look,  this is when HSN's new shipping prices would come in handy.  All those 3.50 and 5.50 fees add up when you buy multiple items.  For me, this tactic helps in giving styling ideas but most of the time they are over the top for my traditional style.

It makes one question why that wasn’t done years ago.  I am sure the Q got many calls inquiring where a hosf’s apparel could be found,  And there were times the answer would be that the host was wearing their own clothing, not sold on the Q.  A lost opportunity for sales.

I think many women asked for petite and tall sizing in clothing.  For most of the time, that suggestion has been ignored.  Funny, as so many catalogs like Talbot’s, Coldwater Creek, and others have offered for years and continue these offerings.  I remember one QVC host saying that if the pants she was selling were too long for you, just roll them up.  Really?  Long sleeve tops are way too long on my arms, as well.  Professional tailoring in my area is very expensive, so that ends that.

If other retailers have offered different sizes in garments for years, perhaps they consider they are making profits from them.
