Re: Happy February!! Style With Linea!

Sunday: I so forget to do this. I have a black boho hanging to go into the closet which I wore with the black cashmere T neck, the black drum major jacket (boucle and tulle), black leather boots (knee-high), black Persian lamb coat with mink trim, gold 1-1/2 inch hoops, fish necklace, gold bangles and gold watch with wedding rings and a birthstone (ruby) right hand ring.

My mother told me to hang dry cleanable or clothing that I can wear again without laundering or cleaning loosely from one another in an open area to "air" them and inspect for food stains, etc., before hanging in closet. I do this. She said for a day or two. Sometimes I have a week of clothing hanging from a very heavy metal clothing rack from a nice department store purchased years ago when department stores had great hanging racks that would hold near a whole wardrobe for most people. I unload it about once a week. Its home is in the laundry room which is about 20 x 15. I also use the rack for laundering, hanging.

Monday: (LL) Leisure wear. The newest hoodie in pink with a pair of silver-gray Natori French terry pants, a pink acrylic short sleeve sweater from years ago (LDO), black ballet flats, gold hoops and wedding rings (cold day at home spent reading).

Tuesday: Doctor visit (for treatment 7 a.m., in the city), (LL) wore navy hoodie, matching top and pants from LDO last visit, a mixed blue/black/grey and white eternity scarf, athletic bra sans metal (prevents removal), Uggs black mules with fur lining, cashmere/wool black coat with velvet collar. It was very, very cold at 4 a.m. when I showered and shampooed.

It's chilly cold outside (20 degrees) and wearing the faux Shetland wool heather gray V neck tunic over the black WK pants. Haven't decided what jewelry to wear but this is a possibility from 1929 jewelry co. Eyeshadow by Lancome Chocolate Amande

Re: Happy February!! Style With Linea!

Today I wore the mulberry wk swing sweater with m own leggings. I am waiting for an order or Linea pants & leggings to process and ship so I can try hem. Tomorrow I will wear the wk rib knit sweater in Ivory with a long-discontinue ponte knit long skirt in Forest green. What would be mid calf on an average height person is ankle/floor length on me.

Well I think the Linea outfit worked for my job interview, I had a second interview yesterday with the higher ups. I wore the same pin stripe out only in black for the second interview. Today I am wearing the mulberry swing sweater along with black PK pants, black shooties and gold jewerly. Stay warm everyone.

Best of luck, sterling! Your "Linea light" was shining, and I hope you nab the position. Without leaving the good ol' U.S., I am visiting Siberia today, thanks to the waft of frozen air that landed above me (as well as others all over) in Virginia.

Ok now I want to go buy some Lancôme eyeshadow kits! I never used to wear makeup, but with work I now wear it every day. I use laura mercier tinted moisturizer, Butter eyeliner(or sometimes stila) and smashbox eyeshadow. Years ago I loved Lancôme eye stuff so I think you have inspired me to revisit it!

Re: Happy February!! Style With Linea!

The weather has finally broken a bit - we're over 30 degrees today for the first time since about mid January!

I finally think I'm over the worst of this horrible upper respiratory flu like cold thing I've had for about three weeks. To top off the illness, our direcTV satellite has been out nearly the entire time due to heavy snow and ice that just doesn't melt with the ultra cold temps we've been having. Since DH followed my symptoms about a week later, I've been running through the house today with Clorox wipes hitting all the handles on doors, cabinets, faucets, etc.

Anyway, I'm thrilled to be able to rock some of my new Linea purchases today! I'm wearing the oversize sweater in petrol blue,Linea by Louis DellOlio Whisper Knit Oversized Sweater

a brightly colored guazy scarf with shades of this blue and turquoise, pinks and plums with the black super ponte leggingsLinea by Louis DellOlio Regular Ponte Knit Legging

and knee high boots. I sized up one size so they are a bit more like slim leg trousers, but the fabric is wonderful. Too bad they are now on clearance and won't be coming back. I ordered the petite when the price dropped, but they are a little too short and there are no more black in the regular length.

I wasn't sure about this oversized sweater, but I'm loving it. Hoping for more colors next fall.
