buying pants is just tricky even when you're in the store! I was in Nordstroms yesterday and tried on two pairs from the same line and they didn't fit the same! same size! I found that pretty odd

addie, I used to love DVF! I'm so glad they sent you a new ring! Their CS is the best, IMO!

This it O/T sort of...an HSN big thumbs up for how they celebrate their hosts anniversary. I watched the Bill Green anniversary show yesterday and they really made it special and apparently, based on the comments and the special prices, it was top management who supports showing both hosts and customers that they are appreciated.

Yes I like how they do this for ALL the hosts for a big anniversary. Colleen's anniversary show is coming up on the 10th of August and I think someone else also celebrates 20 years this year as well.

I saw very little of Bill's show but I remember when many of the hosts celebrated their 15 years, HSN brought out spouses and other family members and the hosts didn't know they were doing that.

Many of the hosts have been there for years, that says alot too! Will be looking forward to Colleen's show, she's great!
