I sent my Iman pants back USPS on saturday! They arrived in Virginia TODAY and my account has already been credited!! I am so impressed!

Addie, I decided not to try anymore pants online. I need to try them on, too much hassle to send back etc. I sent my DG jeans back today, also... I love her tops and will continue to buy them, no issues with fit with her tops. Also want to try Guiliana R sometime. I resisted the clearance too..!

This it O/T sort of...an HSN big thumbs up for how they celebrate their hosts anniversary. I watched the Bill Green anniversary show yesterday and they really made it special and apparently, based on the comments and the special prices, it was top management who supports showing both hosts and customers that they are appreciated.

I have decide not to buy DG2 pants , too. I do not like the last TSV jeans but am keeping them to wear as leggings with tunics. They are not all that nice as far as the fabric goes and the fit is tight. I did stretch them while still wet and that seemed to help.

I saw some of Bill's show, love him! I had to turn it off when David's cookies were on, lol! Looked so good! I told CS how impressed I was with their service and he told me they were so pleased because that is their priority! They want to be the best in the business! I have been shopping with HSN for years and have always been pleased. Back in the day of Terry Lewis, I bought so many of her jackets and pants, they would send me new ones before I sent the ones back I couldn't wear! Who else would do that?

I agree Adie, her pants are tricky, I always worry when I order them!

I used to buy a lot of the Terry Lewis clothes as well. And DVF. I have had CS go out of the way for me...I bought a ring and it was past the 30 days and I lost a stone and they sent me a new ring as you say before they got the other one. Didn't have to do that...

I'm not buying anything else from HSN for a while, but one thing I can definitely say for them...their shipping to me is fast, and the return shipping is as well. And they send you emails to let you know what's happening with your returns.

HSN's shipping and return rate has QVC beat. I have no idea why QVC is so slow.
