I saw this spring trench, and I really like it.  It seems that the same brand has various versions of this across the department stores.  The sleeves are too long for me, and I don't do double breasted, but it's cute.

This one is probably last year's style-

It IS cute! My issue is that gingham comes and goes so "years" of wear won't happen unless I save it for the next cycle through. And by then I will probably be too old to wear it!

QVC has this cute gingham top from Joan Rivers. I have not worn gingham in years. I should buy one for a fresh spring look.

it's cute but I think we can do the gingham trend in a shirt or pants and get more wear from them. (IMO)

I love the detail at the back. Very different and interesting. Gingham goes in and out of style. I remember being pregnant with my first son in 1978 and had a cute red and white gingham maternity top. Smiley Happy

I am not a fan of gingham.  It is one of the few prints I do not care for very much.

I love gingham and consider it a classic that trends more strongly some years than others, just like animal print. I wear a little gingham every summer, "trendy" or not. I bought a collared poplin shirt in a pansy purple and white gingham this spring from Talbots, and I love it!
