Re: For Discussion: How Do You Like This piece?

I don't need anything that highlights the thighs or rear end either. I like the style but wouldn't buy it because of that.

I don't like the ombre or the chest pockets. I would also prefer the bottom portion of the neckline closed.

Since I wear jeans 99% of the time, I don't really like denim shirts.  I know it's the thing to wear all shades of denim, but I don't care for it.  If I did wear denim shirts I would prefer to avoid that ombre look at the bottom.

Love the top of it for the neckline & no collar, hate the bottom. Don't care at all for the fadeout, not for any highlight, but it's too long for me.

I really like it but would prefer it was a bit shorter in length.  I have no problem areas in the waist on down since I am small at 90 pounds.  Unfortunately small in the upper portion of my body all my life too.

It's OK and I'd only buy this if it were at a really great price on clearance.  I don't care for the lighter bottom and wish it were the same darker color on the whole top.  Now if it had, what I call, a true ombre effect starting at the top and gradually getting lighter, I'd like it a little more.

I love everything about it.  I am a big ombre fan and have a few I wore alot last summer. I really don't see where it would make the thighs look bigger. I would wear it open with a white tank underneath with white skinny jeans.

Not my style but my thighs are fine. I don't carry weight in my legs.

The shirt is just not pretty and I am tired of denim anything except for a pair of well fitting jeans.

I do love denim shirts and have quite a few but this is not one I would consider.  I don't think the ombre effect draws attention to the thighs but it does not add anything to the design of the shirt.  By the way, I guess J Jill is not moving forward with the Q.  Most of the items from their one show last summer are still on line with nothing new added.  I was hoping to see a winter collection as they have great sweaters but I guess it's not to be.
