I don't particularly care for it.  Probably cost a fortune but not all that difficult to make.

Two long pieces of machine pleated fabric,  looks like waist may be elastic.  Two shoulder seams and some embroidery/embellishment.

It's comes across as matronly on her.  It's nice dress of a woman of a certain age who wants some arm coverage.

OK, that style is just a big NO period.

And, so are those shoes!

High heels are fine...but these just look uncomfortable as h___!

IMO, the color isn't attractive, and the dress looks like it is "wearing HER"!

Overall, anything pleated is very difficult to pull off correctly.  This is just the latest example of a failed pleated attempt.  It makes her look like an origami fan...which is not a good look unless you are going to a Haloween costume party.

I do not care for the look.  I like her shoes.  The color of dress is blah too especially with her skin color.
