I think the colors are fine together, but I'm not sure I would mix olive with red. I just bought a dark olive jean jacket that I will definitely wear with jeans in the fall, but I will most likely wear a neutral solid color top or a top with an olive print under it. 

On a side note, I love stripes, but I don't like that striped sweater. The top stripe extending across the top and then down the arms is unappealing to me.

I look better in blue-red, rather than orange-red.  For whatever unknown reason to myself, I wouldn't wear these two solids together. 

 

 

 

This particular color is called orange zinnia. In some items (IRL) it looks more red, and in some it looks much more orange.

It's not something I would wear but the colors look good together.
