I am so "put out" with Ralph Lauren over a returned order. They won't do an exchange, so I had the amount of TWO coats out of my account!!!!!
It took two blooming weeks to get an email! I received my order in just a few days, however!

@ECBG Large companies are all well known for holding your money for the interest they make off it (you might think yours is not much but think of the millions of customer on whom they hold money back and make interest). I had a mortgage company that owed me $5.20. I requested it numerous times. Told them to pay me the interest on it which they did not wish to do. I contacted the attorney general in that state . It turns out that was a game they played, to withhold a nonsignificant amount of money from each customer and with millions of customers and the $5.00 here and $25.00 there plus the interest over the years, it was a tidy sum.

If I were you I woud open a dispute with my credit card company; that is if you used a credit card. That has to be so frustrating and I too have went thru it in the past. Anymore, I just pray I do not have to make a return.
