Well those are some crazy sleeves.  But she is on a red carpet and she does stand out.  If the suit didn't have the sleeves, it would be just another fantastic well-fitted black suit, but those sleeves give it a certain ooommmphhh - in a good way I think.  She can wear anything and make it look good.

Cate should bulk up a little.  With those sleeves she could be a fullback for the Jets.
