I believe you said you ordered the cami-right?

Have you ever tried the bra?

Re: Convertible Genie Bra TSV

Received my set yesterday, and they are going back today. I wear Genie's all the time and love them. However, this fit on this style is terrible and uncomfortable. I felt like a stuffed sausage and couldn't wait to take it off. Way too many slots for the convertible straps, very hard to get them adjusted. Nice idea, but terrible execution.

My EDD is 4/25/14. As of couple of seconds ago, it is still at East Petersburg, PA.

I have a lot of the Genie bras, including two sets of the long waisted ones. I like them precisely because there are no straps to deal with, so I would not buy this new version.

No. I will go to bed bath and beyond and see how they are someday.

I have found that "one size up" is not enough if you want more comfort. I buy two sizes up because I cannot tolerate tight undergarments.

I also buy two sizes up on the Carol Wior panty briefs . . . same reason, they are a little big, but so much more comfortable.

As I said in my prior post, I would not buy this version because of the straps. I have RA, and I cannot manipulate zippers, straps, etc., so I buy undergarments and pants that don't have them.

Re: Convertible Genie Bra TSV

Received mine today and i am disappointed. I had tried the genie bra in the past but felt they squashed my already smaller than i want it chest, it made me feel flat.

When i first tried this one on, i was hopeful. I remembered it ran small, so i ordered a large even though i should have gotten medium according to the chart. It didn't flatten me out as bad as the other one, but it didn't help me either. I tried on several shirts with the bra on and i just look like i am wearing a sports bra. I need more padding i think, and i am used to wearing a push up bra, so this just takes some getting used to. The other thing i find unflattering is that under my shirt you can see where the bra dents in my skin...like a rubber band is around my upper chest. It doesn't look smooth, it looks weird. And lastly, like others said, the straps come off very easily.

So not sure whether to keep it because i know the day will come when i want a strapless bra and this is better than the ones i already own, because it does stay in place. Wish it had only come with one instead of two.

sadly, these did not work for me -- so disappointing as I really wanted them to! {#emotions_dlg.crying}
