This is me when I see another LOGO NOGO show come on. For me these are weird color combinations for the most part, and proof positive that everything does NOT go with everything.  But some people will buy into anything if they think it's "the style". So . . . .

@Perkup  That is not the reason all people buy LOGO. It certainly isn't my reason.

By the way, I dislike most of Mizrahi's line, esp. those enormous cabbage-like flowers. And speaking of color combos....oh well, let's just say I prefer Lori's to Mizrahi's.  He has some real doozies.

I don't recall having said that ALL PEOPLE buy because they are trying desperately to be in style.  But some definitely do. I saw a woman at Tractor Supply recently who had on at least six layers, terribly mismatched, and she was obviiously overheated. An awful display, but it was clear she thought she looked great!. (I was buying bird seed.)

As for Isaac's line, I don't care for some of his items either - especially not the big florals, but at this time in my life and shape his things and Louis' items are the only ones at QVC that actually fit me. Both could use more petites. My lifestyle just calls for very casual clothing and hardly any dressy items.

Re: Colors - Everything does NOT go with everything

@Perkup  Interesting how you think women buy LOGO to "be in style" when so many of the LOGO haters on this board say "I never see anyone in my city wearing LOGO."

LOL  Then how can it be in style?  Just an observation on my part - and a funny one at that.

Not that I owe anyone an explanation, but I actually don't watch the Logo shows. I tune in a little early on Monday nights to watch Isaac Mizrahi, and I see a few minutes of Logo while waiting for it to come on.

Thank you for clarifying that your very strongly worded first post of condemnation of the LOGO line of clothing is based on watching a few minutes of LOGO while waiting for  Mizrahi.

Sometimes this board is funnier than any comedy club...lol   I saw 2 minutes of a garden show today, I think I'll go trash every product in that vendor's line....I know what I'm talking about....I saw a whole 2 minutes of the show..lol   And I took a flower arranging course once...lol

Good thing no one's forcing you...or me....to wear it.  But I have no objections to other women wearing it.

Sorry, lol, I've never seen this on the Forums before. Then again, I'm fairly new here. I am sure you are right and it has likely been discussed ad nauseum. Smiley Very Happy

@AussieLuvr  Yes she is right. It has been.

It's odd.  LOGO and Susan Graver seem to bring a lot of emotion in a certain segment.  A psychiatrist might know the reason for it.  It's only clothes and no one forces any of us to watch shows that don't appeal to us.   Some people just seem to harbor a deep resentment or fear of LOGO clothes and SG.  It's the oddest, weirdest thing.  Every week, there are scores of posts bashing those two lines.

Carol--you certainly don't own anyone any explanation and you have as much right as anyone to post your opinion.   Sometimes I watch Logo shows just for a laugh; heaven knows we can all use some humor in our lives.   It certainly is in short supply on these judgemental forums.

Re: Colors - Everything does NOT go with everything

You are right... colors - everything does not go with everything. I totally agree!

It is kinda like "hmmm .... "whatever color shall I wear today? oh, what does it matter?

it all goes together just fine!!".  Oh please ... maybe, somewhere ... like Lori's World.

I don't think it is odd. There is no resentment or fear. They just keep shoving them down our throats like we are supposed to love everything! And a lot of us don't.

Actually, I've never said anything about SG things. I usually don't watch her shows, though.

I think if they all stopped using terms like "amazing" and "obsessed," and just present the pieces, I, personally would be happier with whatever they show and however they show it!
