My taste is my taste, and I don't expect others to shy away from Logo clothing just because I do.
The way they combine colors on the shows, however, is horrid. I don't know how the models bring themselves to walk in front of the cameras in some of the combos. Pink and green and brown and gray and camo all at once ..... it just gets worse all the time.
I don't think its even right to sell clothes this way. Some people are color blind and some just don't have a knack for color and if they buy into this premise they can look awful.
I have an art degree from Parson's School of Design in New York City and I took two years of Color Theory I, II, III and IV classes. Everything does NOT go with everything.
Its embarassing to watch, even if the clothing designs themselves don't turn a person off.

I've said this before, and a handful of people get all up in arms over it on the forums. You don't need a degree to appreciate it, but of course yours is an opinion backed by a strong background.Trust me, many here will argue over it not able to appreciate that your free will to choose to pair clashing colors is not the same thing as the inherent beauty found when applying color theory when pairing colors. Just so ridiculous some times.

There are some color combos I don't particularly like ... but when I'm creating a new knitwear piece or some freeform piece, I mix all sorts of colors together.
As far as I'm concerned ... it's MY personal choice. If someone thinks I look odd - that's their problem, not mine.

The Logo models are the worst dressed models I have ever seen. Sloppy, messy, mismatched. Horrible. Thin models or heavy models, they all look like slobs.

There are many color combinations. You can have a red with blue undertones or a red with yellow undertones. Some people don't see the difference. But I see it when I try to pair it with other colors.
It took me many many years to feel comfortable combining colors. I learned the color wheel and tried to understand how color works. I knit so I was compelled to understand colors when combining yarns in a project.
While the LOGO brand is not something I embrace, I find it hard to believe that Lori Goldstein is a successful stylist to celebrities or professionals. They wouldn't be caught dead in her clothes, at least what we get on QVC.

It's like throwing every spice and herb there is into the pot!
(And I like to pair flavors!)
I agree with you @AussieLuvr. I cannot believe anyone in real life puts outfits together like what I see on these shows.
Somebody must be buying into that premise, though.

Yesterday, Lori had the models in some sort of abstract zig zag striped design top layered over some sort of a floral design top & vice versa. Both tops had different background colors from each other.
Just seeing the 2 designs mixing w/each other was a WTF? moment for me.
At least the pants were solid colors.

Logo is not my cup of tea but evidently there are a significant number of people purchasing it or it would not be on the air constantly.

I don't see why she doesn't go all out and do something different on the bottom, too. She could do the tulip skirt in an animal print or something.
