The black armbands on the upper arms just come off as an after thought and cheapens the dress, IMHO.   The cuffs at the wrist are OK but I don't love them.  I don't care for the belt either....or, rather, I should say the belt buckle.  I'm not sure what I'd replace it with but don't care for this one.
