Well color me dumb. I was just educated.

I had to google "Skinny Tee" to see what they were. Never heard of them. They are tank tops to me  lol.

I wear them under many of my tops for various reasons including winter but not that brand. I like them shorter and tighter to form fit..then I wear a shirt over them.  The ones that showed up by that brand when I googled..seem slouchy and baggy.. 

I would wear whatever you are comfy in..You are working out at the Y..so I doubt anybody is going to be dressed in their best. Do what you feel comfy wearing and doing.
