Why are you afraid we are telling the truth?

If posting mean and hurtful that you call 'your opinions' speaks volumes of what kind of people you really are. And you are the ONE who needs to grow up. When you ask if we are afraid you're telling the truth, well let me say this, I for one am not afraid because I have respect for mature acting posters and that includes hosts and vendors who are doing a difficult job but make it look easy. I'd like to see you go try out for one of those jobs. Oh and why don't you post a photo of yourself so we can all see how perfect you are.

I definitely agree with the poster about Angel.

I also feel she is sloppy looking and doesn't make such a great impression. Personally I would never buy clothes from her.

She wears them way too tight and way too short. It cuts her height. People are not aware that wearing short tops cuts off your torso and makes your legs look shorter.

They never seem to have longer tops on the Q and I don't bother buying whether I like the style or not. If you wear longer tops you don't look short waisted and your legs look longer

Whether you are thin and wear short tops, some backsides do not look flattering.

First of all your post is so ridiculous, why would you never buy clothes from her, do you think she designs the clothes? Second you seem to be such an expert in what and what not to wear. Are you in the fashion business? And if you're not afraid, PLEASE post a full photo of yourself so we can all see just how fashionable you are and maybe we can understand your rude comments.

Exactly! If someone feels they have the right to post their opinion, no matter how mean-spirited, then I have the right to MY opinion calling them on it!

I really enjoy watching Angel and the Quacker line. I liked Jeanne as well. The line makes me happy to watch. I rarely buy anything on the Q due to a frugal budget, and do not like to pay shipping, especially to send back.

Re: Angel from quacker factory

My MIL used to love watching QF with Jeanne and when we watched it together, Jeanne was unique and definitely a loose cannon and she said some controversial things, and not always well either, but she was funny and light and had that ability to fall in the commode and still come out smelling like a rose.

Angel is a good rep for the line since she keeps it light and funny and she has a winning personality too. She is less rough in her context than Jeanne too. I think even though the line has changed direction and gone to more bling, the concept is still the same. Angel is doing her line justice and is doing a good job.

Angel is fun to watch and wearing the clothes brings a smile to my face. She has such a happy disposition and a wonderful representative of the Quacker line!! Can't wait for the new Spring fashions!!

I know that Jeanne enjoyed having Angel as a model. She also loved Maria (the blonde) and spoke highly of her at every possible chance. But many seem to have forgotten how fond she was of Patti Riley. It seems to me that Angel fell in when Patti left, although my memory is not as good as it once was.

Not meaning to be unkind here, but I don't recall anyone having said (with authority) that Jeanne handpicked Angel to be her successor. I watched almost all Jeanne's shows for years, and I don't recall her ever mentioning anyone taking over. I have to agree with Peg55 that Angel frequently looks sloppy - like perhaps she didn't get there in time for anyone to give her a bit of grooming before she went on camera. Personally I'd love to see a little more sophistication in the QF representative, and a lot less bling on the clothing. I'm not sure Jeanne would be thrilled with what's happening to her line.

FYI . . . no one "grooms" the guests. The only ones who get their hair and make-up done by the pros are the hosts. The only exception is on occasion when Mally or one of the guests who does hair is around---sometimes the guests get their hair and make-up done as a "fun favor."
