I do not not do "Favbook"! I do not do Facebook either.

As for other comments, have two very similar tops purchased elsewhere that hang properly at shoulder.

@Kindaglitzy   Then if you want your post to be seen by QVC folks, post it in the Suggestion Forum which the Mods have said the QVC folks do read, or the new Customer Care although the Suggestion Forum seems more appropriate for your point.  As them to pass it along to Gary at D&C.   No point trying to flag him down here in the Fashion Forum.

  1. @Kindaglitzy I just was thinking that maybe your shoulders are a little sloped and that is why you have the problem since it occurred with more than one shirt.I have a sway back and this throws the fit off for me in all pants and skirts.

@ValuSkr  Have you read the rest of the thread? She said she doesn't use  FB.  Neither am I. Many don't like FB for whatever their reasons.

hello gary   first  i have ordered several d&co items.  find the material on everuthing to stiff.  very scratchy and not comfortable at all.  a little more concern about the feel of fabic would be of help.  i do not care for stiff and scratchy material.  please consider another fabric -- softer!!  thank you

I didn't either, but, got tired of the poopy measurement chart, so, joined just to talk to him. I got my point across, now, I need to hit Isaac's Facebook.

Although, the vendors say they have nothing to do with the measurement charts.   Louis Dell 'Olio told me it was the fit and production team that are responsible for that mess.
