I think the ruffle thing has been around and around.

And around.

My feeling is that this time of year the TSs and the TSVs and the TTVs are all sort of retreads.

Maybe not all.  But it seems like a lot of them are.

This style must sell well.  Evine has had this item as a TTV like 4 times in the past few years.  I think it looks a bit passe.
